Stick-to-it Lift Tape
The Stick-to-it Lift Tape samples surfaces for biological contaminants. The flexible plastic microscopic slide has an adhesive area used for sampling biological and inorganic dust contamination on surfaces. The slide adhesive is simply pressed to the surface, and the slide placed in the provided mailer, ready for sending to a laboratory for analysis.
Advantages over glass slides:
- Non-destructive: Use Stick-to-it safely on most surfaces.
- Flexible: No glass slide to break during sample transport.
- Easier to handle: Unlike tape, Stick-to-it allows a quick, mess-free sample, effective transport to a laboratory, and easy microscopic analysis. No baggies, glass slides, cross contamination, sample loss, slide breakage, or slide mounting.
- Time-saving: Good for initial site sampling to indicate whether or not further sampling is needed. Stick-to-it samples indicate all mould present in a specific area and may reveal indoor areas contaminated with spores that have not become airborne.
Using Stick-to-it:
- Remove slide from the mailer.
- Document required information for the laboratory.
- Remove liner from the adhesive. (Pull liner from top down for best results.)
- Press adhesive area to surface to be sampled.
- Place slide into provided slide mailer.
- Send to an accredited laboratory for analysis.

Made of biodegradable materials, these solutions can be used to effectively decontaminate workplace surfaces and minimise concern for hazardous waste disposal. In-place decontamination of process areas saves time and money, and reduces the risk of dermal and inhalation exposures.
Surface/Dermal Test Kits
Tools, switches, telephones, doorknobs, handles, etc. all offer exposure potential to the unsuspecting unprotected worker. Conveniently sized spray bottles of developing and decontamination solutions combined with fast acting SWYPEs™ (chemically treated wipe pads that change colour after coming in contact with these chemicals) enable the safety professional to identify and decontaminate previously unrecognised exposure sources. These kits provide a convenient method for identifying and controlling target compounds. These kits are OSHA validated.
Each kit contains:
- 75 Surface SWYPES, for colorimetric indication of contaminants on surfaces
- 25 Skin SWYPES, for colorimetric indication of contaminants on skin
- 20 PERMEA-TEC Pads, for colorimetric indication of chemical breakthrough in PPE or gloves
- 450 ml Cleaning/Developing Solution, for preparing surfaces for SWYPES and developing the colour in Skin SWYPES
- 650 ml Decontamination Solution, biodegradable, effectively decontaminates workplace surfaces
- 90 ml D-Tam Skin Cleanser, formulated with high molecular weight ingredients that will not penetrate the natural skin barrier, removes water-insoluble chemicals
Spill Decontamination Kits
An easy and effective means to clean-up surfaces contaminated by these chemical spills. Aqueous based, biodegradable decontamination solutions are pH adjusted to neutralize toxicity and wash clean with water. SWYPE™ Pads, with detection levels as low as 3-5 µg, change colour to bright red-orange if aromatic amines or isocyanates are present. Using SWYPE™ confirms decontamination is complete.
Each kit contains:
