Microvacuum Cassettes
SKC Microvacuum Cassettes enable efficient collection of asbestos or fungal spores. Available with an MCE or polycarbonate filter each microvacuum cassette features a microvacuum nozzle for sampling of settled dust on surfaces. The contaminants are collected using a high flow pump (10 L/min), whilst the nozzle enables easy sampling on irregular surfaces such as carpet. They are specified in ASTM D5755 and D5756. Use a Template to define an area for analysis of the collected sample.
Available as individual cassettes or as a kit.
ISO-CHEK Cassettes
Suitable for most isocyanates, the patented ‡ ISO-CHEK sampling system uses a two-stage filter that results in the simultaneous collection and separation of vapour from aerosol at the point of collection.
- Accurately samples diisocyanates: HDI, MDI, IPDI, HMDI, 2,4-TDI, and 2,6-TDI

Cassette Shrink Bands
Specifically designed for use with sampling cassettes, SKC Cassette Shrink Bands are self-sealing and provide a smooth writing surface for sample identification. They indicate if tampering has occurred, and are available in a choice of colours.

SureSeal Cassette Blanks
Cassette blanks are two or three section housings for filters. They hold the filter securely in place during sampling and are ideal for personal sampling.
Opaque filter cassette blanks are designed to handle light-sensitive compounds such as PNA (Paraffins, Naphthenes and Aromatics) hydrocarbons.
All SureSeal cassettes are inspected to meet a vacuum leak test of <1 inch Hg delay per 30 seconds when subjected to 24 inches Hg vacuum and a pressure decay of 1 psi per 30 seconds when subjected to 5 psi pressure. SureSeal Leak-free cassettes require the use of a SureSeal Cassette Opener.

Filter Supports

- Cellulose supports feature a smooth surface and uniform air flow distribution
- Porous plastic pads are impervious to most solvents
