SKC offers a comprehensive one day hands-on practical training course covering all the main areas of air sampling, looking at the various recognised methods of dust, gas and vapour sampling, and offering practical hints and tips.

The course includes:

  • Introduction to air sampling methods
  • Exposure limits ‐ what they are, and how to monitor for them
  • Dust/gas/vapour sampling - how, why, when with recognised methods
  • Practical sampling exercises with equipment provided
  • Interactive question time

Who should attend?

This course is ideal for those responsible for workplace safety or overseeing staff. It is equally suitable for beginners, NEBOSH and Diploma holders requiring more practical advice and as a refresher course for current practitioners. The course is a mixture of theory and practical sessions and offers hints and tips you won’t find in books.
